Recently, I've been dealing with the challenges of job searching. Looking for a job feels like a full-time job itself. The interviews I've had in the past few weeks have helped me improve my skills and confidence. However, each rejection makes it harder to handle. This experience has shown me the importance of resilience in facing life's challenges.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to difficult circumstances, and keep moving forward despite adversity. Developing this vital trait can be incredibly beneficial in job searching and in all areas of life. This blog will provide some strategies to help build resilience.

For example, I am attending an interview help group session soon and have researched how to discuss different areas of my experience better.
